HOW IT WORKS:
STEP 1: BRAND REVIEW
The PrepReps Team evaluates the brand, looking at social media, geographic influence, etc. We target the age group and geographic region in which we will be able to generate the most influence for our client through the use of campus reps.
STEP 2: APPLICATION COLLECTION AND REVIEW
We develop a landing page based on the client's existing branding, which both collects rep applications and begins the review process. Our algorithmic review looks at every rep application as they are submitted through the landing pages, evaluating each candidate through their responses to a series of questions -- some are standard, others are client specific. The algorithmic review selects candidates based on their social media followers, age, etc. The algorithmic review is tailored to the client. It can be configured to find ideal reps based on anything from geography to instagram followers, in order to select the best set of reps for your program.
Next, our human review team assembles a list of reps based on the initial sorting and provides the client with a list of roughly two times as many reps as they requested number. This gives the client the ability to pick their own reps from within our recommendations.
STEP 3: ENGAGEMENT AND MONITORING.
After selecting the representatives, we formally notify them of their selection and the client ships starter packages to the representatives.
Monitoring begins immediately and principally includes social media monitoring and actual communications with the reps. We stress to our reps the importance of organic representation. We want our reps to be developing brand image and sales without being pushy. The relationships students forge on campuses are crucial and hugely impactful on socially influenced sales. Friends of reps are likely to buy what the representative is wearing, thus we the bulk of our time making sure that our representatives are perfect fits for our clients. This ensures that the new customers will be both loyal and returning. It all ties down to one idea: find your ideal customer, where that person is geographically, and find out the way to most effectively put the client's product in front of those customers.
We are in near constant communication with our reps, making sure that they are always focused on their duty as a rep, posting on social media, and most importantly, wearing the products. We help our clients in every interaction with the reps themselves, and facilitate any changes necessary throughout their program.
